By accessing or using P2PAgri's services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

P2PAgri provides farm business management software including financial planning, scenario analysis, cash flow management, and related services. The service is provided on a subscription basis with different tiers offering varying levels of functionality.

3. Subscriptions

P2PAgri offers multiple subscription tiers: Essentials (free), Season, and Future, as well as Adviser subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify P2PAgri immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of P2PAgri is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform. P2PAgri may use anonymised and aggregated data for benchmarking and industry analysis purposes.

6. Xero Integration

If you choose to integrate with Xero, you authorise P2PAgri to access your Xero data as necessary to provide the services. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authority to share this data.

7. Adviser Accreditation

Accredited Adviser status is granted upon successful completion of the P2PAgri training program. P2PAgri reserves the right to revoke accreditation if standards are not maintained.

8. Limitation of Liability

P2PAgri provides tools for financial planning and analysis but does not provide financial advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for specific financial decisions. P2PAgri is not liable for business decisions made using the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the P2PAgri platform, including software, design, and content, remain the property of P2PAgri. You are granted a limited licence to use the platform in accordance with your subscription.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
