The “Farming the Business” manual was developed by Mike Krause for the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC). Now in its 7th reprint in 10 years, it has become one of the most widely used farm business management resources in Australian agriculture.
The manual is structured in three modules to guide farmers through essential farm business management and how to apply it to their own business:
